Recurring Shipments:

• Two weeks prior to charges, details regarding the seasonal club shipment will be sent by email and text message to the primary email address and mobile number on file.
• Recurring shipments will be billed to the credit card on file. 
• Seasonal club shipments are shipped 3 weeks after processing by complimentary ground service (weather permitting). Tracking information is sent by email and text message to the primary email address and mobile number on file.
• In exchange for club-exclusive benefits, new Collector's agree to a membership tenure to include a qualifying purchase and the next 3 seasonal club shipments.

Club Exclusive Benefits:

• Seasonal club shipments and orders of 3+ bottles ship complimentary by ground service. During summer-like temperatures, Collectors receive 2-day air shipping with temperature-controlled packaging for a $40 flat rate.

• As vertical selections approach their peak aging potential, they are offered exclusively to our tenured Collectors.

• Invitations to exclusive experiences at the winery and around the country.

• Collectors enjoy priority access to the Bennett Mountain Estate vineyard and winery.

Skipped Shipments and Cancellations:

• After acquiring the qualifying order and the first three seasonal club shipments, 1 seasonal shipment may be skipped per year, or the membership may be cancelled.
• To suspend the Collector's Club membership early a fee equal to the cost of all honored discounts and benefits received during the trial club period are charged to the card on file.
• Cancellation requests received after a shipment is processed will be shipped as your final shipment. We cannot stop a pending shipment once the deadline has passed.
• While we hope you will never have cause to cancel your membership, if you do choose to cancel, please contact us by text/phone at (707) 827-1297 or email membership@courseygraves.com. If there is an unexpected financial or health reason that requires you to cancel early, please bring this to our attention.
